Deleting your data
If you reached this page from Instagram, removing ConversaX from your Instagram settings sends an automatic deletion request and your messages are erased. No further action is needed.
Asking directly
Email glowwithchloinfo@gmail.com from any address, telling us the Instagram username you messaged from and which business you messaged.
Everything held about you is deleted — the messages themselves, your username, and your Instagram account ID. This is a permanent deletion, not an archive, and it is completed within 30 days.
Business owners
If you use ConversaX to run your own business, you can delete individual documents at any time from the Knowledge tab. To close your account entirely and remove every conversation with it, email glowwithchloinfo@gmail.com.
